Flight fares are subject to change at any time. A quoted fare does not guarantee ticket confirmation until payment is completed and the airline ticket is issued.
3. Ticket Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and the ticket is issued. Nanak Flights is not responsible for fare changes or seat unavailability before ticket issuance.
4. Passenger Information
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates of birth, passport details, travel dates, and contact information. For international flights, the passenger name must match the passport exactly.

Travellers are fully responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, transit visas, entry permits, health documents, immigration approvals, and all documents required for travel.

Travellers must check transit country requirements, visa rules, airport restrictions, entry conditions, and travel advisories before booking and before travel.
12. Airline Delays and Schedule Changes
Nanak Flights is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, missed connections, schedule changes, baggage delays, operational disruptions, or airline decisions.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nanak Flights does not control airline operations, immigration decisions, airport procedures, visa outcomes, baggage handling, airport decisions, government rules, or travel document approvals.
14. Acceptance of Terms
